Description
1807 AU 50 Cleaned. Final year of the Capped Bust Right series and the date that is most often available to collectors for type purposes. Much of the original mint luster remains, especially on the reverse, and the surfaces overall display a bright yellow-gold color. Only slightly soft in the centers with strong detailing elsewhere. The obverse has been lightly cleaned, a fact mentioned more for accuracy than effect.
