Description
Scarce 1804 Quarter, Good 4
1804 25C Good 4 PCGS. B-1, R.3. The 4 is low, and there is a double dentil above the left side of the R in LIBERTY. Although this piece has seen a significant amount of circulation, most of the details are clearly defined. Even the denticles are outlined in most places. The only area of pronounced softness is the lower half of the reverse, which also has an arrangement of thin scratches at very bottom. Pleasing medium-gray patina envelops both sides. From The Thrifty Scot Collection.(Registry values: P7)
