1807 B-2 Quarter, VF35
Circulation Cameo Patina and CAC-Approved
1807 25C B-2, R.3, VF35 NGC. CAC. Gunmetal-gray surfaces
contain hints of golden-mustard in the protected areas and are
contrasted with light-gray on the high points, resulting in a very
attractive circulation cameo effect. Wear is even and abrasions are
minimal, adding to the long list of factors resulting in CAC
approval. There are two known die marriages for 1807 quarters, with
neither die shared between the two. The present B-2 has a narrower
figure 8 and broken lower right serif on the 1, where the opposite
