surfaces. All design elements are well-struck to the fullest
possible extent. Just under 2.2 million silver 1972-S Eisenhower
dollars were produced, significantly less than the 75.9 million and
92.5 million clad coins made in Philadelphia and Denver,
respectively. The present offering is unimprovable at either
