Republic gold 20 Colones 1925-Mo MS66 NGC, Mexico City mint, KM132. A stunning Gem with a limited mintage figure of only 200 pieces, struck to commemorate the Quadricentennial Founding of San Salvador, featuring the conjoined busts of Conquistador Alvarado and President Quiñonez. As one would expect at this lofty quality, the near-flawless surfaces are fully brilliant, surrounding the raised portions in a warm golden light, and the images on both front and back retain their as-struck crispness. The 1925-Mo 200 Colones is notably scarce at all levels, and its rarity increases exponentially with each technical point.
