Struck 25% Off Center
(1851-1853) Three Cent Silver -- Struck 25% Off Center -- MS63
NGC. Type One. Philadelphia Mint. Struck widely off center
toward 12:15. The date is absent, along with the top of the ornate
C, the upper stars, UNIT and ICA. The large star is complete except
for the lowest point. The cream-gray surfaces are smooth save for
