1906 Double Struck Cent, Flip Over in Collar
(1906) 1C Cent--Double Struck, Flip Over in Collar--Fine15 NGC. Quite a spectacular error. The reverse is faintly impressed on the obverse with the bottom of the wreath in the exergual area. Similarly, the 06 of the date can just barely be seen over and below the bottom of the wreath on the reverse. Otherwise, an average circulated coin that makes one wonder how this piece could have circulated as long as it did.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2293, PCGS# 2223, Greysheet# 1440)
