    60% Off-Center Sacagawea Dollar
    Obverse Indent, MS65

(2000-P) SAC$1 Sacagawea Dollar -- Struck 60% Off Center with Obverse Indent -- MS65 NGC. Struck widely off center toward 2 o'clock, favoring the infant Jean Baptiste. The obverse has a deep and featureless half-moon shaped indent near 6 o'clock, possibly from a cent or dime planchet that had been fed between the dies simultaneously with the Sacagawea dollar. Designated in parenthesis as a 2000-P example by NGC, though only the first 2 in the date is present, along with the upright of the Philadelphia mintmark. Toned lilac-red and jade-green.
