Rotated Double Struck 1795 Large Cent
1795 Liberty Cap cent 1C --Rotated Double Strike--Plain Edge AG3 PCGS. S-78. Both strikes were centered with considerable rotation between the strikes. The date from the second strike is at 2 o'clock in relation to the first strike. The two busts of Liberty cross each other with the second Miss Liberty obviously lying on her back, looking at the northwestern sky.(#1380) (Registry values: N208)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 223T, PCGS# 1380, GSID# 732)
