Description
1797 Liberty Cap half cent 1/2 C --1 Above 1 variety--Fine 12 PCGS. B-1, C-1. Technically not an error but rather a die variety; however, often collected by error collectors. Late die state with several obverse die cracks. The lower right portion of the reverse is nearly obliterated, due to weak pressure resulting from the sunken portion of the obverse die.
