1798 $1 Draped Bust Dollar, Large Eagle, Pointed 9, Close Date, B-31a, BB-115, R.4 -- Planchet Flaw @ 6 O'Clock -- XF40 PCGS. Bowers Die State IV. An attractive Heraldic Eagle silver dollar. The high points are olive-gray, and the remainder of the coin is toned light mahogany-brown. A small mint-made edge flaw is present below the 7 in the date, and can also be seen on the reverse above the second T in STATES. Mentionable marks are confined to a slight rim bump below the 8 in the date.
