    1799 Draped Bust cent 1C Fair 2 PCGS. S-189. A low-grade example of this key-date issue, although with the reverse die chip (the "mintmark") of this variety, clearly visible. Both 9s in the date are also visible, and in the correct position for this obverse. An important opportunity to acquire this elusive issue.(#1443) (Registry values: N991)
