1803 1C Small Date, Small Fraction Cent--Reverse Double Struck, Damaged, Corroded--ANACS. VF Details, Net Fine 12. S-261, R.3. The double striking is most readily evident around the devices near the lower reverse border. Both sides are a little dark with some pitting in evidence. There are also a few indentations here and there, as well as some damage to the rim at 3 o'clock on the reverse. The devices, however, are overall bold in definition.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 224G, PCGS# 1482, GSID# 807)
