Off Center Choice 1864 L on Ribbon Cent
1864 1C L On Ribbon Indian Cent--Struck 5% Off Center--MS64 Brown PCGS. Struck several degrees off center toward 6 o'clock, the date is intact although the denticles beneath are off the flan. A beautiful chocolate-brown near-Gem with glossy luster and unmarked surfaces. A mint-made strike-thru affects about half of the shield.
