1864 1C L On Ribbon Indian Cent--Struck 5% Off Center--MS64 Brown PCGS. Struck several degrees off center toward 6 o'clock. The date is intact, though the denticles beneath are off the flan. A beautiful chocolate-brown near-Gem with glossy luster and unmarked surfaces. A mint-made strike-through also affects nearly half of the shield. An impressive mint error.
