Remarkable 1864 Two Cent Piece
Struck on a Bronze Cent Planchet, AU58
1864 2C Large Motto Two Cent Piece--Struck on a Bronze Cent
Planchet, Medallic Alignment--AU58 NGC. 3.0 grams. A nicely
centered wrong planchet error that has both major devices intact.
The date is about 55% off the flan, but enough remains to confirm
the date. A smooth golden-brown example that has close to medal
turn.
