1865 1C Plain 5 Cent--Struck 30% Off Center--XF45 PCGS. Struck off-center toward 12 o'clock on the obverse, and showing clockwise die rotation of approximately one hundred degrees. Rich chocolate-brown coloration and slight wear, but no serious handling marks.
