Full Brockage 1865 Nickel Three-Cent
1865 Three-Cent Nickel 3CN --Full Reverse Brockage--AU58 ANACS. First year of issue for the Nickel three-cent coinage. This full reverse brockage has the obverse incused on the reverse side, opposite the raised obverse design. In addition, light clash marks are visible on the obverse from the normal wreath design of the reverse. Virtually Mint State with excellent luster and only a trace of wear on the high points. All of the design features are fully defined. Light nickel-gray surfaces have pale champagne toning.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 22NJ, PCGS# 3731, GSID# 2767)
