Struck 15% Off Center, Full Date
1889 5C Liberty Nickel--Struck 15% Off Center--MS63 PCGS.
Off center toward 3:30, with the upper portion of AMERICA off the
flan. The right-side borders show the peripheral distortion common
to the error type. The date is complete. Dusky tan-brown and
dove-gray toning. Satiny and unabraded with intricate design
definition.
