1890 Dime--Struck 20% Off Center--MS63 PCGS. Struck off-center at 11:00. This is a wonderful, fully brilliant mint state error, accented by just a trace of golden toning at the border. Sharply struck and highly desirable, a fascinating and fantastic 19th century error.
