Rare 1890 Dime Struck 12% Off Center in About Uncirculated

1890 Seated Dime--Struck 12% Off Center--AU55 PCGS. Struck off center toward 12 o'clock on the obverse. Traces of luster remain and the coin is generally bright and untoned. There are some wipe lines in the fields and over the devices. Off center coins of the Seated silver series are very popular and also very scarce. Even a specialized collection will only have a coin or two, and seeing more than a few of this type is quite an accomplishment for the specialist. This particular one is in high grade and should attract strong bidding.
