1899 1C Indian Cent--Double Struck, Second Strike 10% Off Center--MS61 Brown NGC. The second strike is nicely off center toward 12 o'clock, at 12 o'clock relative to the first strike. Bent near the lower border of the second strike, as made. Well struck in the centers with some bluntness on the upper headdress tips and the shield from the first strike.
