1899 1C Indian Cent--Struck 10% Off Center--MS63 Red and Brown PCGS. Struck off center toward 2 o'clock, affecting the upper right obverse legend. A well struck piece with good luster and abundant light gold color. Some lavender toning fills the centers. A brief mark on the cheekbone provides the sole contact.From The Larry Rausch Collection of Errors, Part Six.
