1900 1C Cent--Struck 10% Off Center--MS65 Brown PCGS. Struck off center toward 2 o'clock, although among the legends, only OF is affected. A splendid Gem with a needle-sharp strike and undisturbed surfaces. Ample faded red color persists despite the Brown designation.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 228V, PCGS# 2205, Greysheet# 1422)
