1900 1C Indian Cent--Double Struck, Second Strike 80% Off Center--Good 6 NGC. The second strike is struck far off center toward 12 o'clock, at 12 o'clock relative to the first strike. Two full dates are present. Cloudy light brown in color with wisps of dark russet toning on each side.
