Description

1902 10C Barber Dime--Obverse Double Struck--PR61 NGC. Proof Barber Dimes were supposed to receive a second strike from the dies, what makes this specimen unusual is that the obverse die was apparently loose, and shifted one or two degrees counterclockwise between strikes. The reverse has a normal appearance. Light streaks of lilac color accompany navy-blue borders. A few faint hairlines are present.
