Description
1902 5C Liberty Nickel--Struck on a Columbia Five Centavos Planchet--VF20 ANACS. The U.S. struck 1902 five centavo pieces for Columbia in 1902 in an alloy of 835 fine silver. At least one five centavo planchet, the present coin, made it between Liberty nickel dies. This lightly toned piece is slightly uncentered toward 1 o'clock, where the rim is absent. Problem-free for the grade aside from a pair of faint russet streaks on the portrait.Auction Info
