1906 Nickel on a Cent Planchet

1906 Liberty Nickel -- Struck on a Cent Planchet, Cleaning --
Genuine PCGS. XF Details. An off-metal error on an obsolete
type. Aligned with the collar at 10 o'clock, the undersized flan
has a slightly incomplete design between 2 and 7 o'clock on the
obverse and 11 to 5 o'clock on the reverse. The date is essentially
complete though the digit bases reach the edge. Toned rose-red and
orange-gold with mildly glossy surfaces. Circulation wear is
minimal though the forehead curls are softly brought up.
