Description
1917 G$1 McKinley Gold Dollar--Genuine, Reverse Strike-Thru--ANACS (MS64 Struck-Thru). Although the insert of this ANACS holder does not designate a grade, in our opinion it approaches the Gem designation. A lustrous apricot-gold piece with a reasonable strike and well preserved surfaces. A relatively significant planchet flaw is noted on the upper reverse, from the flagpole to the R in BIRTHPLACE.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# BYLL, PCGS# 7455, GSID# 10210)
Weight: 1.70 grams
