    Broadstruck Premium Gem 1919 Nickel with a Quad Clip

    1919 5C Buffalo Nickel--6% Quad Clip and Broadstrike on Type One Planchet--MS66 PCGS. 5% clips are noted at 11 o'clock and 5 o'clock, the former clip is formed from overlapping curved clips. The piece has a broad, rough rim with a wire edge where not clipped, similar to that seen on a High Relief Saint-Gaudens. A beautifully preserved premium Gem with rose, lime-green, and tan hues.
