Choice Mint State 1919 Buffalo Nickel Struck 15% Off Center
1919 Buffalo Nickel--Struck 15% Off Center--MS64 PCGS. Struck off center toward 5 o'clock on the obverse. Frosty and bright with strong luster in the fields. Examination will note some faint toning specks forming over the devices on the obverse, but the familiar nickel blue with a hint of gold predominates. The strike is very sharp and the surfaces quite pleasing. We note a small area of planchet roughness below the bison on the reverse. Destined to be a highlight in an important error or specialized Buffalo nickel collection.From The Larry Rausch Collection, Part Two.(#3941) (Registry values: N491)
