AU55 1920-S Quarter With an Interesting Obverse Brockage
1920-S 25C Quarter--10% Brockage Obverse--AU55 PCGS. The reverse was struck properly, although there is some extruded metal at the bottom border. The obverse, on the other hand, did not receive a complete blow from the die. Rather, the reverse of a previously struck Quarter overlapped the upper 10% of that side with the result that an indentation can be seen above Liberty's chest. Minimally worn with silver-gray patina and no singularly mentionable abrasions.From the Peter Martinez Collection.
