    1924 5C Buffalo Nickel -- Double Struck, Rotated in Collar, Scratches -- NGC Details. Fine. This Buffalo nickel rotated perhaps 10 degrees clockwise within the collar between strikes, distorting the face of the Indian and creating two sets of E PLURIBUS UNUM. The obverse has a horizontal pinscratch made by a perplexed finder long ago.(Registry values: N1)
