Desirable XF 1925 Nickel on Cent Planchet
1925 Buffalo Nickel--Struck on a Cent Planchet--XF40 ANACS. Weight 3.05 gm, consistent with a bronze planchet (3.11 gm) that has experienced slight wear. This example has dusky olive-brown surfaces that show few significant abrasions. Well-centered so that little of the design is missing, though the tips of the bison's head and tail and much of the word LIBERTY on the obverse are missing.Auction Info
