    Description

1928 1C Lincoln Cent -- Struck 15% Off Center -- MS61 Brown NGC. Struck notably off-center toward 5 o'clock. Although the NGC insert lists the date in parentheses, as if it is absent, the 192 is complete, and about three-quarters of the 8 is present. The wheat ears are complete, but much of PLURIBUS and most of UNUM is off the flan. The chocolate-brown surfaces show small russet areas within the N in CENT and east of the left wheat ear.
