    Description

1943-S 1C Lincoln Cent--Struck on Silver 10C Planchet--AU58 PCGS. Always an interesting year for error coins due to the ever heightened interest in the '43 copper Cents. Struck on a silver Dime planchet, this piece saw just a hint of circulation before its rescue. Scarce as an off-metal error.

    Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 22E8, PCGS# 2717)
