1956 50C Franklin Half--Struck on a Quarter Planchet--MS63 NGC. 6.2 gm. This lustrous half dollar wrong planchet error has faint golden toning. It is uncentered toward 10 o'clock, with all of UNITED, LIBERTY, and IN off the flan. The fields display light raised die lines, from an attempt to remove clashmarks which are nonetheless evident through E PLURIBUS UNUM.Auction Info
