Struck on a Quarter Planchet
1961 Franklin Half -- Struck on a Quarter Planchet -- MS63
PCGS. This Philadelphia Mint Franklin half was struck on a
Washington quarter planchet. The strike is uncentered toward 10:30
with all of LIBERTY and most of HALF DOLLAR absent. Lustrous with
light golden toning and surprisingly few marks for the MS63
