    1964 Quarter on a Silver Dime Planchet

    1964 25C Washington Quarter--Struck on a Dime Planchet--MS64 NGC. 2.5 grams. This shimmering near-Gem has dashes of lovely orange color on each side. LIBERTY and the denomination are off the flan; the date is intact but the mintmark area is absent. The weight corresponds to a silver dime planchet; a clad dime weighs 2.27 grams.
