1964 Kennedy Half Struck on
Silver Quarter Planchet, MS65
1964 50C Kennedy Half--Struck on a Silver Quarter Planchet--MS65
PCGS. Type Two Reverse. Uncentered, with the rim intact between
3 and 5 o'clock and most of the border elements off the flan
between 7 and 1 o'clock. Just enough of the field is present left
of the branch stem to confirm the absence of a mintmark.
Exceptionally preserved and desirable. This piece would make a
matched set from Philadelphia and Denver with the Gem 1964-D
Kennedy struck on a silver quarter planchet, also in this sale.
