Gem 1964-D Kennedy Half Error
on Silver Quarter Flan
1964-D 50C Kennedy Half--Struck on a Silver Quarter
Planchet--MS65 PCGS. Type Two Reverse. Most of LIBERTY is off
the flan, as is all of HALF DOLLAR. Lightly toned and lustrous with
an immaculate obverse field and only a hint of contact on the
cheek. This piece would make a nice acquisition with the 1964
Kennedy struck on a silver quarter planchet, also in this sale.
