    1964-D Cent, MS64
    Struck on a Silver Dime Planchet

    1964-D Lincoln Cent -- Struck on a Dime Planchet -- MS64 NGC. 2.4 gm. The dime planchet is 90% silver without a copper central band on the edge. Light golden-brown toning adorns the margins. The motifs show moderate incompleteness of strike typical of the wrong planchet combination. Aligned with the collar at 6:30. IN GOD WE TRUST is partly off the flan and AMERICA exhibits spreading toward the rim.
