Description
1964-D Quarter--On 5C Planchet--MS63 ANACS. Lustrous and lightly toned with olive-lemon patina. A well struck example of the error, as only the legends LIBERTY and QUARTER DOLLAR are distorted and incomplete. There are die cracks (as struck) on ST in TRUST and along the base of the bust. The reverse has a few faint slide marks.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 246V, PCGS# 5877, GSID# 5702)
