1966 50C SMS Kennedy Half--Struck 35% Off Center--MS66 NGC. This 40% silver Special Mint Set coin is struck off-center due north on the planchet, so that the bottom of the planchet is unstruck and the top of Kennedy's head is off the coin, along with IBERT.
