Description
1966 Nickel on a Dime Blank, MS67
1966 Jefferson Nickel -- Struck on a Dime Blank -- MS67 NGC. 2.26 gm. Subtle nickel-blue and gold shadings grace each side of this lustrous and well preserved wrong planchet error. The lack of a proto-rim indicates the piece bypassed (or was unaffected by) the upset mill. Uncentered toward 11 o'clock, with a full rim at 5 o'clock while WE TRUST and UNITED STATES are off the flan. The date is complete.Auction Info
