1969-S 5C Nickel--Struck on a Dime Planchet--MS 63 ANACS. Only the lower right portion of the obverse and the corresponding area on the reverse have been struck. The date and mintmark are, however, boldly impressed and the surfaces show mottled milky-white overtones.
