Struck on a Copper Cent Planchet

1971-D 25C Quarter -- Struck on a Cent Planchet -- MS63 Red and Brown NGC. 3.04 gm. The top of the 71 in the date remains, enough to confirm the issue. The legends are partially off the flan with the exception of E PLURIBUS UNUM. The orange-gold surfaces are conservatively assessed.
