Impressive 1971-D Eisenhower Dollar Error, MS64
Reverse Indented by Dime Planchet
1971-D Eisenhower Dollar--Reverse Indented by Dime
Planchet--MS64 PCGS. Though the obverse of this Eisenhower
dollar appears normal, the reverse is anything but ordinary, since
it shows a large, round indentation at the upper reverse (described
by PCGS as an indentation from a dime planchet, likely due to the
shallowness of the indentation, as the diameter is significantly
wider than a dime's). An eye-catching and desirable error.
