    Description

1972-D Ike Dollar Struck on a Philippine One Piso Planchet

1972-D $1 Eisenhower Dollar--Struck on a Philippine One Piso Planchet--MS64 PCGS. Apricot and pearl-gray colors bathe this uncommon wrong planchet combination. An undisturbed and satiny example, nicely struck, and slightly uncentered toward 6 o'clock. Significant mint errors on Eisenhower Dollars are both scarce and desirable.
