Description
1973-S Washington Quarter, PR65 Red and Brown
Double Struck on a Cent Planchet
1973-S 25C Washington Quarter -- Double Struck on Cent Planchet
-- PR65 Red and Brown NGC. (3.1 grams). The date is distorted
by metal flow but still readable. This reflective piece, in Gem
condition, is mostly copper-orange in color, although overlays of
subtle amber and violet toning prevent a full Red designation from
NGC. A few flecks are not bothersome. Much of LIBERTY and QUARTER
DOLLAR run off the flan.
